The Sound of Data B.V. has selected FIQAS Software B.V. as supplier of rating and invoicing processes that are offered by FIQAS as a professionally managed outsourced service. This will cover both the complex existing rating processes, and the additional data flows that so far were processed into invoices by Sound of Data in an in-house manual process.

Sound of Data specializes in (worldwide) inbound telephone services, IVR solutions, text messaging, mass voting, customer contact solutions and WhatsApp integration. The Sound of Data proposition includes 0800 and 09x service numbers, SMS- services and services for smart international numbers for call centers. These services generate the usage data that is processed by FIQAS into debit, credit, control and xxx invoices. Processing these data is – in parts – complex.

FIQAS offers full support for the processing of usage data from Sound of Data. For the managed services for Sound of Data FIQAS employs the advanced and flexible rating, billing and collection software platform Abillity®. The FIQAS solution supports the complete process, including the administration of customer data, the collection of raw usage data and correct invoicing. The process is transparent and provides full insight into the underlying data, for Sound of Data’s customers as well as employees. Transparency for SoD’s customers is also achieved by a customer portal.

After a brief and efficient implementation project the important first part of the FIQAS Managed Service for Sound of Data has become operational in September 2015. The Service will be fully operational in January 2016.
