About FIQAS

Within FIQAS, we have been working with heart and soul for our customers for some 35 years, supporting them with our modern software platform Abillity® in their order-to-cash process.

We do this with around 60 enthusiastic professionals based in our spacious and uniquely furnished office in Aalsmeer, near Amsterdam. More than half of the FIQAS colleagues have been working for our company for longer than 10 years, and a growing group for longer than 20 years. This gives us an enormous amount of expertise and experience, which we are proud to deploy every day to add value to the wonderful companies that rely on our services.

We are of value to both medium-sized companies and multinationals. We do this by automating the order-to-cash process with our Abillity® platform, consisting of the Transformation, Rating, Billing and Collection modules.

We are also often deployed as a strong, yet flexible, link within a large (existing) IT landscape. With our commitment, we can offer organisations essential adaptability.

What do we deliver?

The solution needed to turn data into revenues. Largely ‘off the shelf’, through the use of our generic Abillity® platform, supplemented with whatever is necessary to achieve the desired solution. This often involves integration into our customer’s landscape and specific functionality, which we ideally add to our core application so that it becomes increasingly strong. But we can also provide customisation when it really comes down to customer-specific functionality.

Abillity® has a modular structure, so we can specifically provide our customers with just the functionality that is really needed (in the area of transformation, rating, billing and/or collection). Even if we only handle part of the chain (for example, rating), it is of great added value that we really understand the steps before and after that part. After some time, we often deploy more modules for our customers. If, for example, we notice during the collection process that there are also invoicing problems, we can help with this by also implementing our billing module.
