Wholesale Operator selects FIQAS’s Abillity® platform to realise its ambition of becoming the leading MVNE in the Netherlands.
Credit management as part of the total proposition
As a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), Wholesale Operator enables Service Providers to offer telecom services under their own brand. They can do so for both business and consumer markets– without the need for a mobile network of their own.
Through Wholesale Operator, these Service Providers gain access to all the functionalities required for a complete mobile proposition. This includes 2G to 5G radio access and services ranging from traditional voice and SMS to VoLTE and VoWiFi. That provides a strong foundation for building a successful, independent telecom brand.
To truly offer a ‘one-stop-shop’ solution, Wholesale Operator partnered with FIQAS. This ensures that invoicing and credit management are fully integrated into the total proposition.
Invoicing and collections through a scalable platform
With FIQAS’s Abillity® platform, Wholesale Operator now has a fully integrated solution for invoicing and customer-friendly credit management. Easy-to-use online payment options are also included. This enables Wholesale Operator to offer its Service Providers a scalable platform for optimising their order-to-cash processes and adapting to increasing volumes and changing markets.
Innovative credit management module
The partnership is built on the latest generation of Abillity® modules. FIQAS receives usage data such as mobile data consumption, call minutes and SMS traffic – including the relevant subscription type. Based on that input FIQAS generates invoices on behalf of the Service Provider. The Service Provider can then collect payments via SEPA direct debit, automatically handle any reversals, and send reminders if a payment is missed. By offering a range of online payment methods, the end customer can still settle their invoice quickly and easily.
In this way, Abillity® helps Service Providers to carry out invoicing, collections and debtor management efficiently and effectively – all while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Thanks to the managed service provided by FIQAS, Service Providers are fully supported in the areas of invoicing and credit management. This allows them to focus on their core activities.
