As customer of FIQAS you may have questions on our software or services, wish to report a problem or submit a request for product development. The FIQAS Service & Support department is ready to process all your ‘service cases’ as soon as possible.

You can register your Service Cases straight into our FIQAssist support platform. Please log in below, using the logon details that you have already received from us.

FIQAssist

FIQAssist enables you to communicate online with FIQAS about Service Cases. This takes place in the form of a chat aimed at defining the actual support question as clearly as possible so that we at FIQAS can respond adequately. A modern and easy to use interface helps you to report, find and follow Service Cases easily.
