Perform all accounts receivable actions directly from this screen (with appropriate permissions). Manual payment-to-invoice matching becomes effortless.

Manual allocation

When Abillity® cannot automatically match payments to invoices, handle them manually.

Smart search functions help locate unmatched payments easily. Link found payments to invoices with one click, addressing minor payment differences during allocation.

Applying blocks

Intervene in automated processes when needed by applying blocks at customer, invoice, or payment level for specific periods.

Configure allowed block types using templates. Templates can target specific processes like reminders or apply across all processes.

Payment arrangements

Select outstanding debtor invoices and apply configurable payment arrangement templates, fine-tuning as needed to match specific situations.

Arrangements are formally communicated to customers. Reminder processes pause while arrangements are honoured. For direct debit arrangements, amounts are collected on agreed dates. Otherwise, customers must pay instalments before due dates. Optional payment reminders notify customers of upcoming instalments or direct debits.

If arrangements are breached, they’re cancelled and underlying invoices resume the reminder process.

Writing off invoices

Administrative closure through write-offs for uncollectable invoices (e.g., bankruptcy cases). These transactions sync with financial systems for purposes like VAT recovery.
