Easily set up rules and segment your customer base based on actual payment behaviour.
Classification
Defining categories
Abillity® gives you complete freedom to create categories. Examples include low, medium, high or a score from 1 to 10.
Each category is assigned a colour, allowing you to quickly assess a customer’s current classification.
Applied classification
To classify your customers, you’ll use all available customer data, including invoices and payment behaviour. By setting parameters and filters, you determine two metrics for actual classification:
- number of days late with payments
- number of overdue invoices
Both metrics are calculated for each customer. You specify applicable scores per criterion for each classification (either absolute numbers or ranges).
Abillity® allows unlimited classification definitions. When Abillity® performs classification calculations, all parameters are considered. All customers receive one or more classifications. When multiple classifications are linked, you can designate one as primary, which can be used as a filter.
Other classifications are retained and available for different purposes.
Periodic calculations
Abillity® can perform classification calculations periodically or manually.
Statistics are maintained for each calculation, providing continuous insight into results across your entire customer base.
Insight and historical trends
Current classification is always visible at customer level. Additionally, you can instantly view how a customer’s score has developed over time. This information is valuable for decision-making during customer interactions.
