Payment overdue? With our Abillity® platform, you can effortlessly choose the right action, tone, and channel to remind your customer — fully automated.
Dunningflow
Multiple flows
For the best results, you want to remind each customer personally, but in an automated way, of course.
In Abillity®, you can easily set up one or more flows that take into account the customer type (personas), type of invoice, current payment preference, and naturally, the classification based on proven payment behaviour. It’s even possible to define a specific flow for an individual customer.
Of course, you can also set filters for minimum (and maximum) outstanding amounts. This prevents, for example, bothering customers over very small amounts.
Steps per flow
For each flow, you create a flexible step-by-step plan with one or more actions per step. You determine the interval between steps yourself, based on the due date or dependent on the progress of previous steps.
And since the dunning flow starts after an invoice’s due date, additional costs or interest are often charged. In Abillity®, you can have this automatically calculated and applied to the outstanding invoice amount as part of a reminder step.
Define the actions
Choose which action is performed within a step. In one situation, you want to communicate with your customer (via the right channel and with the most appropriate tone of voice). In another situation, it’s better to create a task for an employee or to engage another system—for example, to limit a service and thereby reduce financial risks.
Often, one of the final steps in your flow is the transfer to a debt collection agency. In Abillity®, you can easily add this step to your dunning flow with just one click.
For each step in a flow, you simply indicate what you want to happen. Abillity® then automatically ensures that the right action is executed at that moment.
Payment received
As soon as an invoice is paid, you want tasks from the dunning flow to be closed. With Abillity®, this happens automatically. This also applies to notifications to external systems, which naturally also want to receive this result.
