Recently, the advanced PreventionCarePortal (PCP) has been launched. The PCP offers a unique concept where the occupational health dossier of an individual throughout their entire career in construction or infrastructure remains accessible, regardless of the occupational health service or employer. With this, Volandis – with the assistance of the Abillity® platform from FIQAS – has efficiently automated the complex order-to-cash process surrounding the sustainable deployment of employees in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Sustainable employability
Currently, 9 occupational health services register preventive medical examinations for employees covered by the Construction and Infrastructure collective labour agreement in the PCP. In addition to the results of these so-called ‘periodical occupational health examinations’ examinations (PHE), employees also find their personal action plans for their own sustainable employability. Furthermore, reimbursements are automatically calculated, invoiced and financially settled within the PCP using ‘self-billing’.
The significant advantage for Volandis is more insight into the entire process and thus the possibility to optimize the quality of various process steps. This enables Volandis to maximize employee engagement and offer services specifically focused on prevention.
Central and integrated approach
This integrated system replaces a complicated, decentralized approach where occupational health services separately carried out prevention activities and submitted claims to Volandis. The result is a significant improvement in the quality and efficiency of the process.
