FIQAS at Credit Expo 2026: Credit management beyond borders

FIQAS at Credit Expo 2025, the leading Dutch credit management event

On Thursday 5 November, FIQAS will be attending Credit Expo 2026 in ’s-Hertogenbosch. This year’s theme, Beyond Borders, closely reflects what we see in practice every day. Effective credit management requires collaboration across systems, processes and departments.

The connection between financial processes and customer information is becoming increasingly important. After all, how can you make well-informed decisions when invoicing, payment processing, payment allocation and credit management are spread across different systems and responsibilities?

Breaking down barriers between systems and processes

Credit managers have access to more and more information. At the same time, that information is often scattered across different systems.

An invoice may be stored in one system, a payment in another, while information about customer contact is held somewhere else. This makes it more time-consuming to understand what is actually happening with a customer. It also increases the risk of decisions being based on incomplete or outdated information.

An up-to-date financial view of the customer brings this information together. This enables credit management teams to make faster, better-informed decisions while also taking the customer’s context into account.

Inspiration session: Credit management beyond borders

During Credit Expo, Henk and Bart-Jan will host the inspiration session ‘Credit management beyond borders: How can you collaborate more effectively with one up-to-date financial view of the customer?
Please note: this session will be held in Dutch.

During the session, they will show how organisations can break down the barriers between systems and responsibilities.

How do you bring financial information and customer context together? And how can you use this shared customer view to improve cash flow, risk management, customer retention and efficiency?

This is becoming increasingly relevant as credit management takes on a broader role within organisations. Not only in following up outstanding invoices, but also in identifying risks, improving processes and supporting better financial decision-making.

Meet FIQAS at Credit Expo

n addition to our inspiration session, we will be at Credit Expo throughout the day. We would be happy to discuss the challenges within your credit management process and explore how your financial processes can be better connected.
