FIQAS handles the complete invoicing process for Arriva’s business customers. This includes (employee) monthly subscriptions and single journeys at reduced rates. Accurate and clearly structured invoice specifications are essential – they support internal processes such as cost allocation and provide business clients with a clear overview.

FIQAS also manages the invoicing of individual tickets, such as day passes, OV Tour Passes and special packages like Keukenhof tickets. In addition, FIQAS handles invoicing for glimble by Arriva, an innovative travel app that enables users to plan door-to-door journeys and combine multiple modes of transport, such as public transport, shared mobility, cycling and walking.
