The former T-Mobile Business provides fixed, voice and data services, mobile services, and tailored solutions for companies and organizations. The former T-Mobile Wholesale offers a range of data services, allowing telecom companies to offer customized broadband services under their own brand to consumers and businesses.
For the billing process of Business and Wholesale, Odido relies on FIQAS software: the versatile billing platform Abillity®, configured by FIQAS according to Odido’s requirements and preferences, and in use by Odido since 2009.
Odido’s billing process through Abillity®—generating and distributing invoices for recurring and one-time subscriptions—operates in different monthly cycles. Autocrediting automatically corrects overpaid subscriptions.
Additional components in Odido’s solution include consolidated invoicing, a central database (eliminating redundancy and enabling easy information retrieval), direct visibility into pricing agreements, invoices, and invoice details for each customer, an easily managed product catalog, and various standard reports. The Abillity® setup also excels in quickly and easily incorporating new billing streams, allowing immediate integration of new services and products into the billing process.
