Automatic Payment Processing

Thanks to its intelligent and self-learning algorithm, the Abillity® platform automatically matches over 99% of all payments to the correct debtor and invoice (automatic reconciliation). This saves you a lot of time, prevents errors, and results in a lower DSO. Thus, you have full control over payment processing.

And if you prefer to manually process payments (for any reason), that option is available as well.

Management Reports

With Abillity®‘s Credit Management module, payment processing is visible in real-time across all your reports and debtor management processes. This ensures constant insight into outstanding balances (including at the aggregate level), and reminder processes automatically cease once an invoice is settled.
