Wholesale Operator selects FIQAS’s Abillity® platform to realise its ambition of becoming the leading MVNE in the Netherlands.

Credit management as part of the total proposition

As a Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE), Wholesale Operator enables Service Providers to offer telecom services under their own brand. They can serve both consumer and business markets—without operating their own mobile network.

Through Wholesale Operator, these Service Providers gain access to a complete mobile proposition, including connectivity from 2G to 5G and services such as traditional voice, SMS, VoLTE and VoWiFi. This comprehensive foundation allows them to build their own distinctive and competitive telecom brand.

To deliver on its one-stop-shop promise, Wholesale Operator partnered with FIQAS. With the Abillity® platform, invoicing and credit management are now fully integrated into the proposition—ensuring financial processes align seamlessly with the broader telecom infrastructure.

Invoicing and collections through a scalable platform

FIQAS’s Abillity® platform provides Wholesale Operator with a scalable solution for billing, collections, and online payments. Service Providers can benefit from automated, customer-friendly credit management processes that grow with their business.

FIQAS receives real-time usage data—including mobile data consumption, call minutes, and SMS traffic—linked to the correct subscription. Based on this input, Abillity® generates accurate invoices and supports SEPA direct debit payments, automated handling of reversals, and structured reminders. A wide range of online payment options helps end customers pay quickly and easily.

By combining automation with a people-focused approach, Abillity® enables efficient debtor management without compromising customer experience. Thanks to FIQAS’s Managed Services, Service Providers receive daily operational support, freeing them to focus on growth and customer engagement.
