hollandsnieuwe launches internet and TV services supported by invoicing and payment processing with Abillity® by FIQAS

With the introduction of internet and TV services, hollandsnieuwe is expanding its telecom portfolio. This expansion marks an important next step in broadening its service offering and goes beyond the product proposition alone. Behind the scenes, it requires a carefully designed process for customer activation, invoicing and payment processing that is scalable and reliable from day one.

New services, trusted partnership

FIQAS has been hollandsnieuwe’s trusted partner for many years, supporting the credit management of its mobile services with Abillity®. In this role, FIQAS helps telecom organisations design invoicing and payment processing for new services. For its internet and TV offering, hollandsnieuwe has once again selected the Abillity® platform. The set-up aligns with the specific requirements of these new services, without impacting existing processes.

Invoicing and payment processing designed for flexibility

FIQAS manages invoicing and payment processing for hollandsnieuwe’s internet and TV services using Abillity®. This includes the generation and presentation of invoices, the processing and reconciliation of payments, and the associated customer communication. Such as pre-notifications ahead of direct debit and clear reminders when payments are outstanding.

The configuration of Abillity® is aligned with hollandsnieuwe’s new product offering. At the same time, the platform provides sufficient flexibility to support future changes to the product portfolio. New bundles, pricing models and combinations can be implemented with ease.

A financial set-up that supports growth

The introduction of internet and TV services highlights that expanding a product portfolio is not only a commercial decision. What is sold must also be delivered and invoiced accurately. In practice, this is often where the greatest challenge lies when launching new propositions.

For that reason, the design of a well-functioning financial set-up is not a final step, but a prerequisite for a successful product launch.
