How do you stay in control of change in finance?
How do you stay in control of change in a time when digitalisation, rising customer expectations and internal processes are constantly evolving? On Tuesday 27 May 2025, FIQAS hosted an inspiring credit management event. For finance professionals who take a strategic approach to invoicing, payment processing and customer-friendly collections.
Atmosphere and insights from the FIQAS event
During a compact afternoon programme, we explored one central question with CFOs, credit managers and order-to-cash specialists:
How do you organise your processes in a way that allows you to respond flexibly to change – without losing control or compromising customer satisfaction?
The aftermovie below captures the energy, insights and atmosphere of the day. The event featured contributions from:
- Henry Dikkema (PGGM), on successfully delivering a large-scale system transformation in pension administration.
- Rob Geleijn (FIQAS), on the role of adaptability in software development and the value of integrated processes within the order-to-cash domain.
- Prof. Dr Erik Scherder, who gave an inspiring talk on how our brains respond to change – a high-energy and insightful closing to the afternoon.
Digital transformation as the starting point
The launch of the new Abillity® Credit Management module at PGGM was the inspiration for this event. It highlighted the power of innovation within the order-to-cash process.
Brains and heart: social impact
In addition to inspiration, there was also room for impact. Because FIQAS believes in working with both brains and heart, all attendees were invited to donate on behalf of FIQAS to one of three carefully selected charities. In total, €2,500 was donated:
- €500 to the Dutch Heart Foundation
- €750 to the Brain Foundation
- €1,250 to the Dutch Cancer Society (KWF)
A successful day filled with insights, interaction and social engagement. That’s how FIQAS likes to do things. With both brains and heart.
Watch the aftermovie and be inspired by the insights and real-world examples that shaped this credit management event.
