FIQAS Achieves Top Position in Main Software 50

11 November 2019 FIQAS

With a third-place ranking in this year’s Main Software 50, FIQAS positions itself as one of the most successful independent software companies in the Netherlands.

Strong Growth in Revenue and Performance

The Main Software 50 edition for this year is based on the 2018 figures, a year in which FIQAS once again achieved significant growth in revenue and performance. The rankings were announced on Thursday, November 7, in Amsterdam. COO Cees Versteeg received the award on behalf of FIQAS.

About Main Software 50

The Main Software 50 is an annual event organized by software investor Main Capital Partners to enhance the visibility of the Dutch software sector, serving as a catalyst for growth and innovation among a wider audience. This list ranks the most successful non-publicly traded Dutch software companies based on revenue size, growth, revenue quality, level of internationalization, and partner strategy.

FIQAS, which has consistently built a stronger market position over the years, has been listed in the Main Software 50 for the past three years. However, in 2018, the significant growth in revenue, coupled with strong scores in other criteria, especially internationalization and recurring revenue, resulted in this top ranking.

We continue to innovate

Rob Geleijn, the founder and director of FIQAS, is proud of the strong performance of his company:

“2018 was a standout year for FIQAS, where strategic decisions made a few years ago have now shown real strength in our financial figures. A significant and growing portion of our revenue stems from innovative products. Despite our substantial ongoing investments in innovation, our financial performance is also remarkably solid. We anticipate further improvements in 2019. We take pride in achieving a commendable ranking in the Main Top 50, a well-regarded list that provides insight into our financial standing compared to other software companies. The combination of our 30-year anniversary this year and our high ranking resulting from substantial growth fueled by innovation reinforces how we perceive our company: continually youthful and always striving to enhance ourselves.”
