FIQAS Receives ISAE 3402 Type II Statement for Abillity®

22 February 2022 Security

For the fifth consecutive year, we have received an ISAE 3402 Type II statement for Abillity®, our invoicing platform, without any findings.

Comprehensive Control

This statement objectively confirms that FIQAS exercises complete control over the order-to-cash processes we conduct for our internationally operating Abillity® clients and those executed by our clients themselves through Abillity®. Additionally, this year, on behalf of the Port of Rotterdam Authority, PortAbillity® underwent an audit, marking the third consecutive year of obtaining an ISAE 3402 Type II statement. PortAbillity® is our invoicing system specifically designed for larger/international port authorities.

About ISAE 3402 type II

ISAE 3402 is the internationally recognized standard for managing outsourced processes. It demonstrates that we exercise control over both Abillity® and PortAbillity® processes conducted for our clients. Moreover, our clients can use this during their annual audits to illustrate FIQAS’s reliability as a collaborative partner.

To obtain this statement, an extensive audit is conducted annually on behalf of some of our clients. This audit involves assessing and evaluating all modules of both Abillity® and PortAbillity® over an extended period. Successfully passing this audit assures our clients that the risks associated with outsourcing the order-to-cash process are effectively managed within the collaboration with FIQAS.

“On a daily basis, we closely collaborate with and on behalf of our clients to ensure the smooth functioning of their order-to-cash process. When we hear post-audit that no findings were identified, I’m truly proud of our team and the quality we deliver!”
