Partly driven by this, FIQAS has been a partner in the order to cash process since 2019.
Automating financial transactions as much as possible

In collaboration with hollandsnieuwe, FIQAS has implemented its Abillity® Accounts Receivable module along with Managed Service. This approach has provided hollandsnieuwe with a scalable and future-proof solution, automating much of the financial processing and ensuring prompt follow-up with its customers. Additionally, hollandsnieuwe benefits from a dedicated team of specialists who monitor, execute, and continually enhance the processes.
The result? A significantly optimized financial process
As a result, the financial processes have vastly improved. With the assistance of Abillity® and collaboration between FIQAS and hollandsnieuwe specialists, new smart algorithms have been tested and implemented. This has reduced the percentage of payments requiring manual processing to less than 1%. During the same period, the number of invoices requiring reminders has significantly decreased, and the average number of ‘days sales outstanding’ (DSO) has more than halved.
The intended improvements have been more than achieved. Furthermore, hollandsnieuwe has seen its NPS scores, along with the number of customers, steadily increase each year while the costs per customer for financial administration have decreased.
